The phrase "En Plus Femme" on the label translates from French to "More Feminine" or "Extra Feminine," which suggests it was used as a tagline or descriptor for a particular collection rather than a separate clothing line. This coat dates to the 1980s and predates Germany's unification in 1990.
While I can't find another identical example having been auctioned recently, Givenchy coats of similar age, condition and style have brought fair market prices between $200-300; note that comparable coats offered by online or brick-and-mortar sellers will likely be asking a higher retail price.
