What does this mean?

Hi Dina,

Thank you for contacting Mearto with your appraisal inquiry.

Roman-era bracelets (c. 1st century BCE–4th century CE) were widely worn across the Roman Empire and varied greatly by region, class, and purpose. The intricate designs and use of glass as a material showcase the artistic sensibilities and technical skill of Roman artisans.

These look like ones that date back to the 2nd Century CE; related bangles from this period that have come to auction recently have sold for between $75 and $100 each.

Please let us know if you have additional items to appraise, or questions/concerns, and thank you again for using Mearto.
