Came from England in 1975. Belonged to an aunt who said she had it for along time.
This is a vintage 20th century, molded green tone satin frosted glass ovoid form bowl with fitted basket with handle done in steel or chrome that features ball feet, stylized leaves, carrying handle and a 'grate' or metal 'frog' at the top of the basket for flower arranging. This is a modern 20th century version of a Victorian 'bride's basket' which were done in blown glass with plated metal basket for flower arrangements.The estimate is based on actual recent past recorded auction sales of comparables.
