There is a group of these kind of figures that was made in Murano Italy; several different characters, all or most with rhinestone collars. I can't find this exact figure but they were made in the 1950s-60s and bring about $50-75 each at auction. The (c) PARIS tag probably refers to where it was sold rather than where it was made.
