It's about 9 inches tall, 6.5 inches long and about 3 inches wide. There is a chip underneath, shown in photo, possibly end of the glass sculpting process.
It was a gift from my mother. I believe who got from a flea market.

Yes, that "flaw" on the underside of the dog's belly is the pontil mark, made when the glass-blower detached the figure from the blow-pipe. Not a condition issue at all, happily.
