I’ve done a little bit of research and this looks like handmade murano glass, it is a dark brownish maybe black with a sparkly gold oval pattern & the inside of the vase is the same dark brown/black color. There are a few small bubbles in the glass and I believe some tiny spots of cloudiness in some spots which is why I believe it is handmade. The “string” of the bag is a golden color, it’s not quite see through but more clear than the rest of the bag. On the bottom side there is a circle dome like indent in the center thats 1.5 inches Across. The body of the bag Is an oval cylinder which is 11 inches all the way around (5.5 inch length each side) with a 2.75 width The vase is 7.5 inches tall. There are 6 folds in the opening of the bag, 3 on the front 3 on the back and the skinniest part of the vase is 7.25 Inches. I believe the density of the glass is .5cm

Hi MacKenzie,
Thank you for contacting Mearto with your appraisal inquiry.
Murano pieces are usually signed or marked in some way, often on the bottom. Can you take a photograph of the flat bottom and attach it to this inquiry?
Thanks!
Delia
