This is part of a larger, but incomplete set. I'm thinking it might be American Brilliant, but there are no markings at all to ID the maker. Makes that sound that crystal does when struck. 5 inches tall, base is 3 across and bowl is 5 across.
Husband's grandparents, originally from Philadelphia area, settled in Washington DC.

Brilliant refers generally to the cut glass patterns - its not a maker or a specific pattern. Glass like this was made in copious quantities at the time; the present market for it is pretty soft at the moment.
