Good morning, AC,
Thank you for submitting photographs for appraisal at Mearto.
You have a Durand Art Glass vase with applied gold threading (not filigree).
Durand art glass was made between 1924 and 1931. Durand was the art glass division of Vineland Flint Glass Works which was founded by Victor Durand in 1897.
If you want to sell this, there is some demand for these pieces, but you would likely get a higher price if you sold it through an auction house that specializes in Art Glass and Pottery.
I hope this information has been useful to you. Please let us know if you have additional questions, and thank you again for using Mearto!
