Grandfather Clock
Clock came from Tulli Allan Castle in fiffe Scottland. The note inside of the click has the name of Sir James Sehright - unsure if he was the owner or the person that put the note in the clock saying where it came from.

My Wife's father purchased the clock from an Antique store in Chicago sometime int eh 50's

A Georgian Oak Longcase Clock, Kirkaldy Scotland last quarter of the 18th Century
with an arched white dial displaying Roman numerals to the chapter ring, signed Kirkaldy, makers name illegible, brass openwork hands the spandrels decorated with military drums with arched surmount depicting cavalry commander and another on horseback, the oak case with reeded pillars with brass bases, the top of the hood with swan neck pediment with reeded pillars with brass bases, lead weights with green & red painted pendulum.

Tulliallan Castle is a large house in Kincardine, Fife, Scotland. It is the second structure to have the name, and is a mixture of Gothic and Italian style architecture set amid some 90 acres of parkland just north of where the Kincardine Bridge spans the Firth of Forth. No records can be found of "Sir James Sehright" so probably a misspelling.
