Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be screw top 25cl wine bottle in the shape of grapes. The bottle was blown in a mold in a glas factory in the second half of the 20th century. Such bottles are being used for souvenir items, e.g. the typical wine of a certain area. Identifying the brand would not very much increase the value as it is not something a serious wine collector would want ot acquire. There is no measurement for the sentimental value you might attach to the item.
