I think this is older than 34 years old, probably done in the late 19th Century by a British artist named George Henry Jenkins whose signature is a close match to the one in your painting.
There are no markings except the signature. It appears to be an H but I'm not sure. Nothing on the back of the picture to indicate anything either.
