I believe this is a Haeger vase. It is stamped 4028 on the bottom and I’ve read that Haeger did some pieces in this “lava” textured design. This is a beautiful blue dripping with gold all over. Has lots of texture. Handle is all “gold”. There are no chips or cracks that I can see. There is a small scratch on the handle (shown in pic) that I believe can be buffed out?
