What does this mean?

You have a most likely Chinese plate made with gold lacquer ( not used real gold foil ) made in second half 20th century. Its purely made for decorative purposes for the western market ( USA, Europe ). The artist is not known by me, I tried to find some information but it is possible it is a small artist and then its hard to find anything. Painting is not done in a detailed way. Its kind of rough. Its a nice piece when you have an Asian oriented decorated house. I believe there is a small market for that but maybe its not very easy to sell when you want to. Just need to find a person who enjoys the birds and the bright expression of the piece.
