9.25 Inches tall by 4 wide. Date on back indicates 1723. Lion with crown painted on front. Paint colors are yellow, green and blue, with white glaze.
Unknown path into this house. Been around house for a long time. Supposedly my mother took it to an antique roadshow like appraisal with positive results

A Continental tin-glazed earthenware albarello
probably early 18th Century
Of pinched cylindrical form with flaring rim, one side bearing a large crowned armorial with lion rampant, the back bearing the initials and date SDC 1723. Polychrome decoration in yellow, green and blue, on a white ground. Bottom unmarked.
9 1/4 inches tall, 4 inches diameter
CONDITION: with some losses, commensurate with age and use.
