Dear Kathie,
Thank you for your request. Please add more focused and detailed images. Thanks.

Dear Kathie,
Thank you for the additional images and your patience. This is a so-called grandfather or longcase clock made by Hanson Clock & Co. The case itself is decorated in neo-gothic style and is probably made out of mahogany wood. The Hanson Clock Company was founded in 1922, was sold to the Peerless Furniture Company in 1964 and the production was shut down in 1965. There are no images of the movement so we can´t name producer or maker of this detail. This clock was made in the first half of the 20th century.
An estimation would be between 800 to 1600 USD.
This estimation is based on actual recent past recorded auction sales of comparables. Retail "asking prices" can be higher and vary.
With best regards,
Georg
Dear Kathie,
I am wondering if you are willing to sell your Hanson Clock, my son has admired this clock that was in our family. It is a bit of a bittersweet story of how we lost our clock and I would love to purchase a similar one for him. What are your thoughts?
Ellen
This clock works, I know it is over 100 years old. I have repair papers that says in working condition. The clock chimes every 15 min.
