This piece is a Harley Davidson leather jacket printed on Langlitz leather. The model of jacket I believe is the Columbia version. That being said, every Columbia mode I have seen has a different waist, with strings and mine seems to have a cropped portion without those. The Harley emblems would predate the jacket to 2006, so the jacket was made some time before then. I don’t think it was made before the 90s since mine does not have a date of crafting on it. The size of the jacket is a 48, which fits me, a 5’10’’ male perfectly if you put a hoodie on underneath. There are no visible scratches or tears in the material, but some splotches of dirt can be seen on the back. This I figure could be easily cleaned with the right product. The buttons and zippers seem to have slight erosion, which leads me to believe it is made of brass. Other than these details, I do not have much. I acquired this from a local thrift shop and I hope to gather more details and pricing from this appraisal service. Langlitz can fetch a high price, but can be dependent on the quality of the leather. I also am curious to know if the Harley details will add or detract to the value, since I have not seen any other examples with this.
