Dear Nicole - This is a lovely oil on canvas landscape painting signed by Altman, however, this is not the American Artist Harold Alltman (1924 - 2003) who worked in watercolor, crayon and printmaking but not oil on canvas. As an oil on canvas landscape painting in a lovely gilded and linen lined frame, I would expect this piece to be between $30USD and $50USD at auction. Thank you for submitting to Mearto.
