The presented object appears to be a drawing with ink and a pencil on paper with measurements of 8.25 x 6.5 inches. The drawing depicts a man with two women. The drawing appears to be signed by Harvey T. DUNN (1884-1952).

You are very welcome. I recommend a new framing and a new Passepartout. The Passepartout shows foxing which could be a danger for the paper of the drawing.
