The items appraised appears to be an Asian-made baluster-form vase, in the French or Continental style. I am unable to decipher whether it is hand painted because I do not have a detailed photo of the painting. Often, these types of vases have a printed image with paint, to give the appearance of being hand painted. If you see small dots in the paint, then it is not hand painted. Regardless, these vases are not highly valuable due to the fact that they were churned out as a lesser version of Continental vases.
