It is a very heavy ( I think ) Bronze Statue of a Greek or Roman Male The figure is 9 inches High on a 1 inch Metal base The Statue weighs about 5 lbs. It has turned Green over the Bronze If it is not Bronze then it is a heavy stone There was a screw that held the top to the base but it was Broken and I replaced the screw Otherwise it is in excellent Cond.

Dear Steve,
Thank you for contacting Mearto with your appraisal inquiry.
The presented object appears to be a bronze figurine with the measurements of 9 inches height. The bronze depicts the Greek god Asklepios with his attribute the Rod of Asclepius a serpent-entwined staff. This is a modern reproduction because of the condition of the surface.
This piece is in good condition and there is no serious damage visible in the images provided.
A fair market estimation would be between 100 to 200 USD.
This estimate is based on actual recent past recorded auction sales of comparable items. Retail "asking prices" can be higher and may vary.
With kind regards,
Georg
