It was made in the mid to late 20th century and based on the pictures is in good condition. The design of the pattern features a transferred folar pattern on white porcelain with green and yellow rope accents. Based on recent price realizations for items similar to your a fair market estimate for the set would be between 150 and 350 US dollars.
