The presented object appears to be a patinated plaster or gypsum bust with the measurements of 2 ft height. This is a later copy after a bust done by the Franch artist Henri GODET (1863-1937). It was made in the first half of the 20th century probably in France. It depicts the bust of a young lady and is titled in French language "La Vigne".
This piece is in good condition and there is no serious damage visible in the images provided.
A fair market estimation would be between 60 to 120 USD.
