Based on the photos and information provided, and subject to examination, this is:

An antique Heywood Wakefield mahogany "plantation" or campaign desk with associated English Windsor style bowback side chair
made in Chicago, first half 20th Century
The desk with hinged folding top opening to a divided interior, raised on bulbous turned legs. The chair with bowed back, shaped splat and four spindles over a shaped plank seat raised on four turned legs joined by a double H-stretcher.

CONDITION: both appear to be in good condition with wear commensurate to age and use.
