Dear Suzanne,
Thank you for calling upon the experts at Mearto to evaluate your vintage 'Colonial Farmhouse' doll house by HOFCO House, Inc. with the original paperwork and gobs of furnishings.
A completed but unfurnished HOFCO sold at auction for $300USD in the last couple of years. Normally, I'd place yours higher because it is furnished. However, there are two factors which detract from the value of your house, the unfinished roof and some of the age related peeling of the wallpaper. These could reduce the value by as much as half. However, you have so much furniture that I'd expect your example to sell for between $300 and $400USD to a buyer who is familiar with the quality of HOFCO houses and appreciates the furniture.
Thank you for your submission.
Sincerely,
Erin-Marie
