its very solid and heavy feels like ceramic, no hollowness or ringing, under the base is just a grey carpet material, i dont see any other inscriptions on the lamp
i weighed the lamp on a scale, it weighs 17.5 lbs, feels like it could be made of stone? or ceramic? sorry just trying to help you
OK new update here i found where the bulb screws in, on the side it says Leviton 250v made in USA
