Hi again Susan,
Here is what I've come up with:
Signature: 無咎寫 - Painted by Wújiù
Seal: 無咎 - Wújiù
It may be by the Chinese American painter Lu Wujiu (Lü Wu-Chiu) 呂無咎 (1918-2013)
Since I was unable to locate completed sales or asking prices for any of her works, my valuation is based on sales of contemporary abstract Chinese painting in general.
It is, however, strikingly similar to works by the very well-known artist Zhang Daqian.

I recommend sending a jpeg to Sotheby's and Christie's in case they can match this to Zhang's catalogue or his followers.
