I can not see the make anywhere on the watch. The case has an 18k stamp on it. i would say it is in very good condition and it still keeps time. It is wound with a small key The watch face has no cover and the back opens to wind it I inherited it from my grandmother who was born around 1894 and she inherited it from her grandmother or great grandmother. I have owned it for over 40 years. I had the necklace checked years ago to make sure it was strong and was told it is 18k gold as well . It is quite ornate
