It is an islamic brass plate with arabic writng on it that I can't seem to find anyone who can translate. An Arabic friend and her older Mother could not translate that well and wrote me back saying.. "My mom can’t read it either but the last part is “on to you" She thinks it says blessings on to you or something along those lines"
