This is a vintage late 20th century scale limited edition of 200 cast bronze figural entitled "It is I" depicting Jesus with arms wide open standing in a small boat that is mounted to a wooden plinth by contemporary Swedish-American sculptor Kent Ullberg. This is a scale model of the monumental public sculpture of the same name that is in the front of the First United Methodist Church in Corpus Christi, Texas. Ullberg is known primarily for wildlife bronze sculptures. The estimate is based on actual recent past recorded auction sales of comparables. Retail 'asking prices' can be higher and vary.
The sculpture and base are indivisible. The base is part of the sculpture. Height is 23 inches tall, a little shirt if two feet.
