What does this mean?

A set of eight theater or training swords, late 20th century, grip and guard made from wood, guard chip carved as seen in tramp art, blade most likely made from bone ( I think I can see some of the sponge like bone structure on one of the blades)
The size of the bone would suggest that the blade was made from large non european animals. I assume these swords were used in India for some sort of ritual sword dance. If it was ivory you would need CITES permits for each sword, which would exceed the value of the swords.
The estimate is based on the set of eight, no comparable swords have been offered in the recent past.
