the stamp "hill" is placed on the front very small and discreet, you wouldn't be able to see unless you have a good jewelry magnifying glass its in very good condition I think it might be by hill croft or maybe not I'm unsure I inherited the item with little knowledge of the history behind it but I do know its worth something as it was held close to who I inherited it from.

with gold brooch 1.5inches from top to bottom and 1.2 inches in width just the ivory cameo itself 1/2 inch wide and 3/4 inch top to Bottom
