You have a blue and white Jacquard coverlet; I see no reason not to believe it is from Hamilton County, Indiana and woven by J. Klein in 1857 as you have represented. Jacquard refers to the technique and was very popular in the mid-19th century, in America, England and Europe. The market for these used to be more but known who made yours, where they made it and when are all desirable features of your coverlet.
If you want to sell this, you might search out a regional auction house that specializes in Americana sales, or see if there is an auction house in Hamilton County, Indiana, where there might be collectors willing to pay a premium for local antiques.
