What does this mean?

This appears to bei a japanese Showa period 1930s-1950 Kutani bowl, beautifullly decorated with a japanese nobleman within an abstract pattern and a patch of chrysantemum, the outside also decorated with chrysantemum, marked at the base Kutani tsukuru "kutani made".
