What does this mean?

Hello Kelly,

Thank you for your appraisal inquiry with Mearto. I apologize for the delay in your appraisal and thank you for your patience. The item presented appears to be a woodblock by Utagawa Hiroshige I (安藤 広重; Japanese, 1797–1858) titled "Yoshida: The Toyokawa River Bridge" from the series titled "Fifty-three Stations of the Tôkaidô Road" (東海道五十三次之内 吉田 豊川橋). The series was published by Takenouchi Magohachi (Hoeidô), circa 1834. The print should measure 23.9 x 34.8 cm (9 7/16 x 13 11/16 in.).The estimate provided is based on recent auction estimates and results of this work and other comparable woodblocks by Hiroshige. The estimate is contingent on a full condition report and its authenticity. Please note asking or dealer prices may vary. Thank you and please take care. Happy New Year.
