Thank you for contacting Mearto. Of the two paintings, the one with calligraphy is Chinese. The seals are unidentifiable; the writing is a poem related to the scene. Usually these kinds of paintings are ink on silk. It is possible that this one is original or a print. It is hard to tell from the photograph, but if you look closely, a print will usually have pixelation and a lifeless quality.
Paintings like this are called shanshuis and they’re difficult to date because the themes are repeated over time. A general Fair Market Value for a work like this, without a known painter, is between $100 and $300.
