Thank you for your request. This is the first edition novel "Jaws" by the author Peter Benchley. This is the first edition produced by Doubleday & Company in Garden City in the year 1974. This famous novel is based on shark attacks like Jersey Shore in the year 1916 and reached global attention when Stephen Spielberg used this novel for the blockbuster "Jaws" in 1975. This book is signed by the author on the first page.

Thank you for your estimate. There appears to be something wrong with it. I just had this sold at Auction for the equivalent of $750 USD and each of the 4 mint unread copies went for $1,250 USD each.
