Good morning, Melissa,
Thank you for submitting photographs to Mearto for appraisal.
Based on the photographs and information provided, this is a George III style flame mahogany serpentine chest of drawers, late 19th century. It was probably made in America, in the English taste, during the Colonial Revival period. The patina of the surface is wonderful, as is the graining of the wood used, which is mahogany for the visible wood. The secondary wood (or wood you don't normally see, such as the sides of the drawers, appear to be pine. The chest looks like it is in good condition and has really nice decorative elements, such as the acanthus carving along the edge of the top and the carving of the feet.
I hope the above information has been useful to you. Please let us know if you have additional questions, and thank you for using Mearto.
