This is a Jordan 4 Aleali May, one of 80 made in the world. One of the most sought-after Jordan models ever produced, it was only distributed to family and friends of Aleali May and Nike. Size 8W, deadstock, never worn, with tags and all 3 laces attached. Made for Veterans Day to honor Aleali's father, who was in the military.
Hi Nils,
Thank you for contacting Mearto with your appraisal inquiry.
The Jordan 4 Aleali May is a Friends & Family-exclusive Air Jordan 4 collaboration between Jordan Brand and stylist, designer, and sneaker influencer Aleali May. Unveiled in 2021, it was never released to the public, making it one of the rarest Air Jordan 4 collaborations.
According to Sneaker News, unlike many celebrity collaborations, this sneaker tells a deeply personal story. Aleali May created it to honor her father, who served 23 years in the U.S. Army, including deployment during Operation Desert Storm. The camouflage, military materials, and insignia all reference his service. She intentionally kept the release limited to friends and family as a tribute rather than a commercial product.
Because no other Jordan 4 Aleali May Friends & Family sneakers have previously sold at auction that I could find, I looked to other Jordan F&F sneakers to establish a baseline. According to what I can find, Sotheby's has sold others for prices ranging from $17,000-35,000 (€14.700-30.000) but in this case, I would round that up to €20.000-40.000.
Based on the photos and information provided, and subject to examination, this is:
