Both are the same size. This is size of artwork. 9 1/2" wide x 14 1/2" High Approx. Female seems to be maybe 1/4" difference. I had someone look at them 35 years ago. They said they were approx 150 years old then. They were my Grandfathers. That's about all I know. They have been kept of sun. They are Japanese.
Don't know were Grandfather got them. They are way older that the war.
Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. These appear to be early 19th century japanese woodblock prints by Utagawa Toyokuni I 歌川 豊国, depicting actors. Unfortunately both prints have fade very much and are therefore of very little value. There is no measurement for the sentimental value you might attach to the items.
