Unfortunately, I do not believe that the artwork is an authentic work that can be attributed to Keith Haring. The proportions of the figure are poorly executed and the overall style is not consistent with this artist's oeuvre. The use of the instantly recognizable "radiant baby" motif is a common practice employed by forgers, and the inclusion of a signature indicates the intention to deceive, so your painting unfortunately does not have any market value.
