I have not heard from you since I sent additional pictures. Please review and get back to me or will need to call Visa. I cannot donate rug until appraisal. Thank you

I have tried to reach you a few times to no avail. I will be calling Visa now to get my money back and to leave a negative comment about your site. Like I said, I have been sick and needed your cooperation but you disappointed me.
