It's a work done by Jean Michel basquait 21.5 in by 17.5 in has a blue face. Has three crowns on the back as well as king samo and jmb written on back also has chewing gum written three times on back and abestos also.done on canvas
Exhibited y Jean Michel at event called fashion Moda in the 70s it was an art space in the south bronx.it was there sometime in the early 80s.Purchased directly from Jean by David bowie then either sold or gifted to Klaus Nomi a German music artist who collaborated with bowie. Nomi died in 83. In the later 80s it entered the collection of an NYC doctor named Klein.It was then acquired by the California collector Dan Del Campos a friend of Andy Warhol and factory superstars Pat Ast and Holly Woodlawn in the mid 90s. The last owner before me is a private collector in L.A who got it from Campos in 2012 and owned it till 2019.
