Porcelain lamp and shade. 21" high from base to bulb socket. 38" high from base to top of shade.
My grandmother purchased the lamp at Mont Clare Lamp in Chicago. I don't know when it was purchased, but it's at least 60 years old.

An antique French Rococo style parcel gilt and gilt metal mounted marble and porcelain table lamp
circa 1920s
The body of the lamp in the form of a boat supported on an allegorical figure with a seashell, on a stepped and shaped marble base with metal mounts, surmounted by a fringed fabric (silk?) shade.
38 inches overall height
CONDITION: appears to be in good condition
PROVENANCE: purchased at Mont Clare Lamps in Chicago
