Considering the photographs, overall pattern, materials and the style, I concluded that this is a Brass Double Handled Lamp with a Italian Marble Base and Glass Hangings as decorational elements. This piece dates back to the period between 1950-1970. The lamps are covered with shadings made of textile material. Ms-ost of the glass decorations are floral or shaped as spheres. At the top it has four glass hanging spheres of pinkish colour. Candles are made of plastics, these type of pseudo candle decoration was very famous during the mid 20th century. The metal nut under your lamb is a modern type, confirms the period. The piece is in good condition with small signes of use.
