Item was made by reliance lamp company. It is in excellent condition with no damage to the paint, base or other components. The base appears to be oak wood with a ceramic body. The top of the painted section appears to be metal painted to look like wood. The lamp measures 21” high by 7.5” wide at its widest point. All parts appear to be original.

Hi Elsa,
Thank you for contacting Mearto with your appraisal inquiry.
The Reliance Lamp Company was founded around 1946 and specialized in lamps that were inspired or influenced by antiques; lamp bodies were typically painted pottery in a broad variety of themes and designs. When the company went bankrupt in 2005, it was acquired by Roanoke, Va-based Mario Industries, who developed a Reliance division within the company.
Vintage (50 years older or more) and more modern Reliance Lamps are in plentiful supply in online retail sites, including eBay and Etsy, and lamps of similar size, form and decoration are listed for a variety of prices, between $75-400. Because of the condition and elegant decorative scheme of this lamp, I would value it for $200-300.
Based on the photos and information provided, and subject to examination, this is:
