This is a vintage limited edition giclee print from 2000 of Lamplight Lane VI by Thomas Kinkade (1958-2012). Specifically, this is the 24" x 36", studio proof, canvas print version of the titled image. Kinkade, at that time, was operating a large and profitable business by selling multiples in various sizes and mediums, he further expanded his 'empire' by offering franchise type opportunities to representative sellers such as Weir's Furniture Village in Texas. The market for these is inflated, though collectors still do occasionally pay more than top dollar for his prints on canvas.
