The painting in your possession most likely depicts a lake in the vicinity of Berlin. The fragments of the paper label most likely refers to a fine art department in one of Berlins large department stores. The estimate is based on the few von Ottenfeld auction results and and similar paintings by lesser known artist sold at auction. There is no measurement for the sentimental value you might attach to the item.
