Burled inlaid wood possibly mahogany on front. 4 drawers; top drawer has built in removable dividers. Makers mark "Landstrom 1879 Rockford Illinois" on brass plate inside top drawer. Front is bowed out slightly, drawer pulls are brass. Ornamental carving on two front legs. Drawers pull out well and are dovetailed. Top in very good condition without scratches. Dresser is 47 inches wide, 21 inches deep and 37 inches tall.
This came from my father who was an amatuer antique dealer after his death. Not sure how he acquired it but usually got stuff at estate sales and at auctions.

The rectangular top with double-beaded edge and outset corners over relief carved pillars and fluted engaged quarter columns, the case fitted with four banded edged long drawers, all raised on turned tapering feet.
