Description
This vase stands at 17 inches tall 10 inches wide and weighs about 25lbs lbs. It is hand painted with indigo blue Chinese decorations, people and a dragon. It is signed right around the top of the opening.

Such large modern reproductions usually sell in the price range listed above at auctions. There is no measurement for the sentimental value you might attach to the item.
