This is a vintage later 20th century decorative ware in blue and white porcelain. The decoration on this was transferprinted and then filled in by hand with a blue underglaze. These were usually made in Macau or Hong Kong and were produced for export as decorative wares. The estimate is based on actual recent past recorded auction sales of comparables. Retail 'asking prices' can be higher and vary.
